Staying Up Too Late on School Nights!
This is the opening sequence to the first episode ever of Late Night With Conan O'Brien, September 13, 1993. I got a kick out of noticing that in thirteen years there've been no changes made to the band, other than the cutting of several collective feet of hair.

I don't get it -- why would Max Weinberg cut his totally sweet almost-mullet? That was exactly the haircut that I tried to get last May (except better, because my hair's got madd legitimate volume, and also what I asked for was different), except that the shear-toting "into chick-metal but only kind of ironically" hipster completely ignored my instructions AND CUT THE BACK OF MY HAIR WAY SHORTER THAN THE FRONT, CONTRARY TO WHAT I HAD ASKED FOR. I don't get it. All I ever want to do is just try to kick back and keep it real, but these assholes keep walking around fucking up me and Max Weinberg's hair.
