Human Giant
I'm kinda late to the game here since it's been getting a lot of press, but Human Giant does have some genuinely funny stuff going on. It's nifty to see sketch comedy that's appropriately concise. Here are two good ones:

I keep watching the second one over and over just to hear Duane's blood-curdling screams as he enters the room. That's comedy.
