President Santos
Turns out Matt Santos, the character played by Jimmy Smits in the last few seasons of the West Wing was inspired by Barack Obama. People are starting to make a big deal over the correspondences between the events of that show and this year's political season (brokered convention, etc.)
Is it a bad thing that I would've voted for Alan Alda in that election?

Umm yeah it is. Who wouldn't want to vote for a Marine fighter pilot Naval Academy grad who's a Mexican from the Southwest that likes white chicks?
