Next Year/Next Week

Everyone may already be aware of this, but I'm moving to France at the end of the month. I won a fellowship to Sciences Po, a political science school (semi-obviously) and will be there for the year doing research. More importantly, I will be descending as like a plague of locusts upon the city's bakeries, cheese shops, and wine seller-guys. If anyone has the chance, come visit!

I thought a Science Po was a kind of experimental soul food sandwich.

Any chance you're passing through NYC or LA on your way there? I'll be in LA next week and then NYC thereafter obviously. Olive cake...

Cary: You might be right. I think it uses the power of quantitative data to engineer a more delicious sammidge (the regression of remoulade against deliciousness is quite promising).

Greg: Sadly, I'll be going straight to Paris (well, to Heathrow, then Paris) from Chicago. We will definitely have to grab some olive oil cake when next I'm in New York, which hopefully will be soon. Or come visit Paris!
