Grind House is an upcoming movie co-directed by Quentin Tarantino and Robert Rodriquez that bring the ultraviolence. The preview:

Grind House is actually two short films, one directed by Tarantino ("Death Proof") and one by Rodriguez "Planet Terror") that are being screened together throughout the country. They were freely showing clips from both, although the grenade launcher-leg is from Rodriguez's. (Tarantino's is about a killer who uses his car as a weapon).
They've expressed a desire to make this an ongoing project, taking on a different subgenre of 70s exploitation each time. I am SO down.
